Fatima Mana Al Otaiba is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of ADM Oil and Gas. She is a graduate of Business Administration at Higher College of Technology, Abu Dhabi. She became part of the UAE diplomatic envoy and lived several years in Egypt, Switzerland, Pakistan and finally settled in UAE to focus on the business. Raised from a prominent family in the UAE, her father Dr. Mana Saeed Al Otaiba was the former Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the UAE, and the Private Advisor to both HH President Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and now President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Dr. Mana Al Otaiba was also the President of OPEC a record of six times.

Khalid Al Mashghouni is the Senior advisor to a DIFC based international investment banking group. The bank has a combined experience of over 60 years in the field of mid-tier Mergers and Acquisitions, IPOs and Corporate Finance. He is also a Senior Facilitator for a Top Swiss bank focusing on private equity transactions, Treasury, and High Net Worth clients . Additional to the above, Khalid is also the Co- Founder and Managing Director to a boutique family office for a member of the Sharjah Royal Family, and he is the Vice President for the MENA region to a major Holding Group, specializing in Emerging Markets, Venture Capital and Real Estate
